Assistant Teacher, Lower Elementary | 2026-2027 School Year

Position Description: Pioneer Montessori School is seeking an Assistant Teacher to aid the Lead Guide (head teacher) of the Lower Elementary classroom (grades 1-3), for the 2026-2027 school year. The role of the Lower Elementary Assistant Teacher is to maintain the prepared classroom environment such that children may engage in self-directed learning, offering gentle guidance, as needed. Candidates should find genuine joy working with children and be open to Montessori training.
