Assistant Teacher - Toddler Room

Position Description: Pioneer Montessori School is seeking an Assistant Teacher to aid the Lead Guide (head teacher) and Assistant Teachers in many aspects of the Toddler classroom. The role of the Toddler Room Assistant Teacher is to maintain the prepared classroom environment such that children may engage in self-directed learning, offering gentle guidance, as needed. The assistant must be committed to learning about and practicing Montessori philosophy.
